The relationship between MyGlobalMarket and the Prospect will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California. Prospect hereby irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of California and the federal courts situated in the State of California in connection with any action arising between the parties.
When you provide “prior express written consent” within the meaning of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), you consent to receive telephone calls, including artificial voice calls, pre-recorded messages and/or calls delivered via automated technology, and text and SMS messages to the telephone number(s) that you provided from us You are not required to provide this consent to purchase goods or services offered on the MyGlobalMarket website(s). MyGlobalMarket reserves the right to terminate this agreement anytime, with or without cause. Termination notice may be provided via email or any other public means and will be effective immediately.
By agreeing and digitally signing this Agreement, the Prospect warrants that Prospect is at least 18 years of age, and that there is no legal reason that Prospect cannot enter into a binding contract.
If a prospect chooses not to digitally sign this agreement a prospect may email this agreement to guy@myglobalmarket.com or snail mail this agreement to MyGlobalMarket, 925 Constitution Drive, Danville, CA 94526
PRIVACY POLICY: MyGlobalMarket is committed to protecting you and your family’s privacy when you visit any of our Websites.
